General Information

Q: What is the Buckaroo event?
A: The Buckaroo is an annual auction event hosted by the Penryn PTC to raise funds for school programs, curriculum enhancements, teacher training, on-campus field trips, campus beautification projects, recess and classroom supplies, and community events.

Q: When and where is the Buckaroo taking place?
A: The Buckaroo will be held on Friday, March 14th, at The Blue Goose in Loomis (3550 Taylor Road). Doors open at 5 PM.

Q: Who can attend the Buckaroo?
A: This event is open to parents, teachers, staff, and community members who want to support Penryn Elementary School. It’s a great opportunity to socialize and give back to the school!

Tickets and Pricing

Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets are available for purchase online at www.penrynptc.com. 

Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: Tickets are priced at $70 per person. Ticket sales end on March 8th.

Q: Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
A: Yes! We have a Gold Sponsorship package available for individuals and businesses. Visit www.penrynptc.com for more details.

Q: What is a Friends & Family Table?
A: These tables provide reserved seating for 8 people. Visit www.penrynptc.com for more details.

What to Expect

Q: What activities will be available at the Buckaroo?
A: The Buckaroo will feature a live auction, silent auction, dinner, entertainment, and fun activities like games and raffles. Come ready to bid on amazing items and experiences!

Q: Is this a family-friendly event?
A: The Buckaroo is a 21+/adults-only event.

Q: What kind of items will be auctioned?
A: Our auctions include exciting items such as vacation packages, exclusive experiences, gift baskets, and much more. 

Supporting Penryn PTC

Q: How does the Buckaroo benefit Penryn Elementary School?
A: All proceeds from the Buckaroo directly support PTC initiatives like curriculum enhancements, on-campus field trips, teacher training, and school improvements. Your participation makes a real difference!

Q: Can I donate an item to the auction?
A: Absolutely! We welcome donations from businesses, families, and individuals. Please email michelle@penrynptc.com

Additional Details

Q: What is the dress code?
A: The Buckaroo this year is a St. Patrick’s Day theme, so feel free to dress in your green, western wear or whatever you are comfortable in.

Q: Will food and drinks be provided?
A: Yes! Your ticket includes a delicious dinner and access to a cash bar. Menu details will be shared closer to the event.
